Fisher Hawaii reserves the right to limit purchase quantities and to discontinue items. Fisher Hawaii is not responsible for, and will not honor, printing or typographical errors. If there are any pricing discrepancies, you will be notified before your order is processed.

Product Availability

Fisher Hawai carries a large inventory but does not stock every item listed in our on-line catalog. Most items can be special ordered and delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. Special order items that are not found in our on-line catalog but still available may be ordered, Extended lead times may apply, please ask sales associate for current lead times. Backordered items will be delivered as soon as they come in. Cancellation of backordered or special ordered items may be subjected to 25% restocking fee.

Delivery Information

Island of O'ahu: Free next business day delivery for orders placed by 10:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time For orders placed after 10:00 a.m. H.S.T delivery will be the following next business day. For Outer-islands: Orders can be shipped via Young brothers for large orders (freight collect) Orders can be shipped via UPS/Fed Ex/USPS for smaller orders/urgent orders (Freight collect) Please allow 2-5 business days for processing Orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. H.S.T. or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Payment Options

FIsher Hawaii offers the following payment options: Charge To Your Account Use account number assigned to your company or self by Fisher Hawaii. All orders will be charged to your account. Credit Card Purchases We accept the following credit cards: receipt will be mailed to you upon request. For customers on the outer-islands Payments need to be received before being shipped unless a account has been established.
